Pricing Questions

Can I use both Home and Pro?

Home and Pro are separate applications with separate licences. You can purchase Home and subscribe to Pro independently. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you still have your Home licence and can continue using it.

What happens when my Pro subscription ends?

Pro features will be disabled but your recorded sessions and data are retained locally. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access. Home is a separate application and is unaffected by your Pro subscription status.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. No questions asked.

How many devices can I use?

Home licences cover up to 3 devices for your personal use. Pro licences cover up to 2 devices. Both are tied to your Starlink setup and are for your own use. Manage your devices from your account portal.
